The Author of Your Meat Mate, Phil is a qualified chef whose passion for food is apparent the minute he starts talking about meat and the finger-licking marinades, sauces and dressings he whips up.
After graduating from Ryde College with an Associate Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management, Phil went on to open a takeaway shop in Sydney's Martin Place which he eventually converted into a salad bar, followed by another one in North Sydney. He later went back to further his industry training and graduated as a chef from Ultimo TAFE and earned his Trade Certificate at Ryde TAFE.
Nothing beats quality and Phil is meticulous when it comes to his cuts of meat and marinades. He loves nothing better than satisfied customers who enjoy his cooking or food products.
